Orders & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders typically ship within 3–5 business days. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking email so you can follow its journey.
Do you ship internationally?
Only our happy mail subscription has international shipping available. However, if you'd like to order a physical product and have it shipped outside the U.S., please feel free to reach out and we will see if we can get it added for you.
Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from Minnesota, USA.
Happy Mail Club
When will my Happy Mail ship?
Happy Mail is sent once per month.
If you join anytime during the month, your first delivery will ship the following month’s batch.
What comes in Happy Mail?
Each month includes a small envelope of art inspired by the North Shore. Typically this includes:
• A collectible art postcard
• A sticker
• A bookmark or small art extra
• Occasional surprise items
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes — you can cancel anytime through your account. Refunds are not available for already charged cards, but you can cancel any future mailings through your customer portal.
When am I charged?
Your subscription renews once per month on the same date you originally signed up.
Artwork & Prints
Are your prints signed?
My prints are not signed by hand, only originals are signed.
Do prints come framed?
Unless stated otherwise, prints are sold unframed so you can choose a frame that fits your space. All originals come framed.
What type of paper do you print on?
Prints are produced on high-quality archival paper to preserve color and detail.
Returns & Exchanges
Do you accept returns?
If there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 7 days of delivery and I’ll be happy to help.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Please send a photo of the damaged item and packaging, and I’ll arrange a replacement.
