Prints & Originals

I take great care in ensuring your artwork arrives to you safely. Each painting or print will be protected with a clear sleeve and a backing board for extra support. The item will also be packaged in a rigid mailer or flat box depending on the size and weight of the order.

Policies

• I notify email subscribers regarding painting release details as well as make multiple social media posts to market upcoming releases. It is not under my control who does or does not purchase artwork first on the e-commerce section of my website. All sales are on a first come first serve basis. It is not under my control who does or does not place an item in their cart and proceed to checkout fastest.

• All paintings and prints are final sale unless there is proof of damage during shipping. A photo of the damaged item will be needed. In order to receive a refund, the damaged item will need to be returned to me. The customer covers the return shipping charge. Special circumstances may allow for different return or exchange policies- however, these must be discussed with Samantha personally before purchasing.

• All orders will be shipped in 7-10 business days via USPS first class mail depending on the size of the products. You will receive a tracking number via email once it has shipped.

• I do not ship internationally at this time.
