This is a listing for a custom landscape painting. There will be additional charges after your reservation is placed (details below). Please read the details carefully before purchasing. All originals ship for free.

These spots are available for landscape/seascape paintings only. Before your final purchase is made, your reference image will need to be approved by me. I do this to ensure I can create a quality painting based on the image provided. If you have questions about your reference image please feel free to reach out! :)

To reserve your spot, you will pay a $50 reservation fee. This will be applied to your final total (ex: if your painting is $500, your final listing will only be $450).

After your spot is reserved, I will contact you via email to figure out what size you would like. You will then be sent a custom link to pay for the remainder of your total. Your painting needs to be paid for in full before any progress will be made.

The costs based on size are as follows:

5x7: $250

8x10: $500

11x14: $850

16x20: $2100

Additional tax will be added on at checkout. Keep in mind that custom work is nonrefundable. All sales are final.

You are responsible for providing the reference photo. Please make sure it is your own image. If not, I will need written permission from the photographer.
